01 / Solutions

Focused Tools for Real Operations

Custom integration across hardware, software, GIS, video, and data — built to serve actual operational needs.

Drone Operations

Drone integration with live streaming, AR overlays, and 911 data, built from real public safety deployments.

GIS Integration

Mapping, tracking, and real-time visualization for SAR and tactical work.

Situational Awareness

Real-time C2, video streaming, and data aggregation for high-stress environments.

Custom Development

System integration for teams with unusual requirements or existing infrastructure to work around.

SARTrack Platform

Tracking and coordination tools built specifically for search and rescue. Narrow scope, high impact.

Video Streaming

Low-latency live streaming with AR overlays and multi-device support.

02 / Background

Built from the field

8+ years of hands-on work across drone operations, GIS, video systems, and public safety tech.

Computer Vision & Industry Return

I started in computer vision — early work on stand counting of corn at the V2 stage. In 2018, after recovering from a health issue, I came back to the industry as a contract developer for Eagle Eye Intelligence in Boca Raton, Florida (now Strax Intelligence Group).

Responder Air & Real-World Lessons

Later in 2018, I founded Responder Air, one of the first 911 AR overlay solutions in the drone space. The platform put real-time 911 address and street overlays directly onto live drone video.

Working with teams like the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, the system got refined until it actually held up in operations.

During the nationwide unrest in 2020, I offered free live streaming to public safety agencies across the U.S. under the name Responder Cast.

On April 22, 2021, Responder Cast was acquired by GenPac Drones.

Stepping Back to Build Better

After the acquisition I went deep on AR overlay tech and kept working across the industry. I learned, the hard way, what it's like being founder, developer, integrator, and operator all at once.

I stepped out of the public spotlight but never stopped helping teams or supporting operations.

What Drives TFOdev Today

My interest has never really been flying for the sake of flying. It's integration — tying systems together so situational awareness actually works in the field.

I'm still hands-on with law enforcement, search and rescue, and emergency response teams. That field work isn't a side project, it's the source. Every platform I build comes out of real problems I've watched teams run into.

Current focus: the re-release of SARTrack — focused tools, narrow scope, high operational impact.

03 / See the Work

Documentation,
not marketing.

Screenshots, videos, and posts from real deployments. My working resume — systems in the field, not slide decks.

04 / Field Work

From volunteer teams to major agencies

The mission matters more than the budget. I work with small volunteer SAR teams running on donated equipment, and with county sheriff's offices running full-scale drone programs. Same standards either way.

Major Law Enforcement

Worked with agencies like the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office on AR overlay systems for live drone operations.

Volunteer & Small Agencies

Supporting SAR teams and smaller departments with the same systems, scaled to fit their constraints.

Nationwide Reach

Free live streaming offered to agencies across the U.S. during critical events, because the work comes first.
